本隐私政策说明 CQBase Ham Quiz 如何访问、收集、使用、共享、保存和删除用户数据。CQBase Ham Quiz 是一款业余无线电考试题库练习应用，提供美国 FCC、加拿大 ISED 和中国业余无线电考试题库的离线学习、练习、模拟考试和错题复习功能。
1. 我们收集或处理的数据
1.1 本地学习数据
CQBase Ham Quiz 不提供账号注册、登录或云端同步服务。以下学习数据主要保存在你的设备本地：
- 语言偏好；
- 学习和练习进度；
- 已答题数量、答对数量、正确率统计；
- 错题题号；
- 去广告状态的本地缓存。
这些数据用于提供学习进度、错题复习、统计展示、语言切换和去广告体验。我们不会把这些学习数据上传到 CQBase 自有服务器。
如果你的设备启用了 Android 备份或设备迁移功能，部分本地学习数据可能会随 Android 系统备份或设备迁移保存到你的 Google 账号相关服务中。去广告状态的本地缓存不会作为应用备份数据迁移；购买状态会通过 Google Play Billing 重新校验。
1.2 广告相关数据
免费版本会展示 Google AdMob 广告。为展示广告、衡量广告效果、防止欺诈和维护广告服务安全，Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能会收集或处理以下数据：
- IP 地址；
- 广告标识符、App Set ID 或其他设备/账号相关标识符；
- 应用和广告交互数据；
- 诊断信息，例如崩溃、性能和 SDK 运行信息；
- 由 IP 地址推断的大致地区信息。
CQBase Ham Quiz 本身不请求精确位置权限，也不通过 GPS、Wi-Fi 或蓝牙扫描收集你的精确位置。
在适用地区，应用会使用 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）展示同意或隐私选项界面。你可以通过应用内的隐私选项（如所在地区要求显示）或设备/Google 账号的广告设置管理广告个性化选择。

CQBase Ham Quiz 使用 Google Play Billing 提供一次性应用内购买商品 remove_ads，用于移除广告。
购买流程由 Google Play 处理。我们不会接触或保存你的信用卡号、付款账号、账单地址等完整支付信息。应用可能会通过 Google Play Billing 获取和处理以下购买相关信息：
- 购买的商品 ID；
- 购买状态；
- 用于确认和恢复购买的 Google Play 购买令牌。
应用仅在本地保存“是否已去广告”的状态，用于控制广告显示。付款、退款、订单记录和支付凭据由 Google Play 按其条款和隐私政策处理。
1.4 联系我们时提供的数据
如果你通过电子邮件或其他方式联系我们，我们会处理你主动提供的信息，例如邮箱地址、问题描述、截图或其他支持请求内容。此类信息仅用于回复、排查问题、处理合规请求或维护应用安全。
2. 我们不会收集的数据
CQBase Ham Quiz 不会请求或主动收集以下数据：
- 姓名、手机号、通讯录或短信；
- 精确位置；
- 相机、麦克风、照片、视频或文件；
- 健康、金融账户、政府证件或生物识别信息；
- 用户生成内容、聊天内容或社交关系；
- CQBase 账号密码，因为本应用没有账号系统。

4. 数据安全
我们采取合理措施保护数据安全：
- 本地学习数据存储在 Android 应用私有存储空间中；
- Google SDK 与 Google 服务之间的数据传输通常使用加密传输；
- 应用不运行 CQBase 自有账号服务器，也不上传学习记录到 CQBase 服务器；
- 去广告购买状态通过 Google Play Billing 校验，避免仅依赖可迁移的本地缓存。
请注意，没有任何传输或存储方式可以保证绝对安全。
5. 数据保存与删除
本地学习数据会保存在你的设备上，直到你主动删除、清除应用数据或卸载应用。你可以通过以下方式删除本地数据：
- 在 Android 系统设置中进入“应用”或“应用信息”，选择 CQBase Ham Quiz，清除存储/应用数据；
- 卸载 CQBase Ham Quiz；
- 在应用内使用可用的重置进度功能清除部分学习进度。
如果你启用了 Android 备份，已备份的数据可能会按照你的 Google 账号和 Android 备份设置保留。你可以在设备或 Google 账号设置中管理备份数据。
广告、同意、诊断和购买相关数据由 Google 按其政策保存和删除。你可以通过 Google 账号广告设置、Android 广告 ID 设置、Google Play 订单/订阅相关页面或应用内隐私选项管理相关数据。
6. 你的选择和权利
根据你所在地区适用的法律，你可能拥有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、撤回同意、反对处理或投诉的权利。
由于 CQBase Ham Quiz 不提供账号系统，也不把学习记录上传到 CQBase 服务器，大多数应用数据可以直接在你的设备上删除。若你需要提出隐私请求，请通过联系我们。我们会在适用法律要求的期限内回复。
7. 儿童隐私
CQBase Ham Quiz 面向准备业余无线电考试和学习无线电知识的用户，并非专门面向 13 岁以下儿童设计。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果监护人认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过联系我们，我们会按适用法律处理。
8. 跨境处理

CQBase Ham Quiz Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CQBase Ham Quiz accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes user data. CQBase Ham Quiz is an amateur radio exam practice app that provides offline study, practice, mock exams, and missed-question review for U.S. FCC, Canada ISED, and China amateur radio question pools.
1. Data We Collect or Process
1.1 Local Study Data
CQBase Ham Quiz does not provide user accounts, registration, login, or cloud sync. The following study data is mainly stored locally on your device:
- language preference;
- study and practice progress;
- answered count, correct count, and accuracy statistics;
- missed question IDs;
- local cache of ad-free entitlement status.
This data is used to provide study progress, missed-question review, statistics, language switching, and ad-free functionality. We do not upload this study data to CQBase-owned servers.
If Android backup or device transfer is enabled on your device, some local study data may be backed up or transferred through Android system backup associated with your Google account. The local ad-free entitlement cache is not included in app backup data; purchase status is re-checked through Google Play Billing.
1.2 Advertising Data
The free version displays Google AdMob ads. To show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and maintain ad service security, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process data such as:
- IP address;
- advertising ID, App Set ID, or other device/account-related identifiers;
- app and ad interaction data;
- diagnostics, such as crash, performance, and SDK operation information;
- approximate region inferred from IP address.
CQBase Ham Quiz itself does not request precise location permission and does not collect your precise location through GPS, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth scanning.
Where required, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show consent or privacy options. You may manage advertising personalization choices through in-app privacy options, if required in your region, or through your device and Google account ad settings.
If you purchase and enable Remove Ads, the app will stop loading banner ads. Google Play Billing may still be used to verify purchase status.
1.3 Purchase Data
CQBase Ham Quiz uses Google Play Billing to provide the one-time in-app product remove_ads, which removes ads.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not access or store your full credit card number, payment account, billing address, or complete payment details. The app may receive and process purchase-related information from Google Play Billing, such as:
- purchased product ID;
- purchase status;
- Google Play purchase token used to acknowledge and restore purchases.
The app only stores the local “ads removed” status to control ad display. Payment processing, refunds, order history, and payment credentials are handled by Google Play under Google’s terms and privacy policies.
1.4 Information You Provide When Contacting Us
If you contact us by email or another method, we may process the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, issue description, screenshots, or other support request content. This information is used only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, handle compliance requests, or maintain app security.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
CQBase Ham Quiz does not request or actively collect:
- name, phone number, contacts, or SMS messages;
- precise location;
- camera, microphone, photos, videos, or files;
- health, financial account, government ID, or biometric information;
- user-generated content, chat content, or social relationships;
- CQBase account passwords, because this app has no account system.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
To provide app functionality, some data may be collected or processed directly by third-party SDKs:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK: for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service improvement;
- Google User Messaging Platform: for displaying and managing privacy consent or choices;
- Google Play Billing: for processing purchases, acknowledging purchases, and restoring purchases;
- Android / Google system backup: for restoring local study data if you enable system backup or device transfer.
These third parties process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to maintain app security.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data:
- local study data is stored in Android app-private storage;
- data transfers between Google SDKs and Google services generally use encrypted transmission;
- the app does not operate CQBase-owned account servers and does not upload study records to CQBase servers;
- ad-free purchase status is verified through Google Play Billing instead of relying only on transferable local cache.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Local study data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. You can delete local data by:
- opening Android system Settings, selecting CQBase Ham Quiz in Apps/App Info, and clearing storage/app data;
- uninstalling CQBase Ham Quiz;
- using available in-app reset progress features to clear part of your study progress.
If Android backup is enabled, backed-up data may be retained according to your Google account and Android backup settings. You can manage backup data through your device or Google account settings.
Advertising, consent, diagnostics, and purchase-related data are retained and deleted by Google according to Google’s policies. You can manage relevant data through Google account ad settings, Android advertising ID settings, Google Play order/subscription pages, or in-app privacy options.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable laws in your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, withdraw consent, object to processing, or file a complaint.
Because CQBase Ham Quiz does not provide an account system and does not upload study records to CQBase servers, most app data can be deleted directly on your device. If you want to submit a privacy request, please contact us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
CQBase Ham Quiz is intended for users preparing for amateur radio exams and studying radio knowledge. It is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will handle the request according to applicable law.
8. International Processing
Google AdMob, Google UMP, Google Play Billing, Android backup, and related services may process data outside your country or region. Such processing is governed by Google and its service policies. By using this app, you understand that relevant data may be processed internationally according to applicable law and service provider policies.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The app may open third-party pages or services, such as this Privacy Policy page, Google Play purchase flows, Google privacy settings, or Google advertising settings. Third-party pages and services are not controlled by us and are governed by their own privacy policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in app functionality, third-party SDKs, laws, regulations, or Google Play policies. When updated, the new effective date will be posted on this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the app or on this page where reasonably appropriate.
