An inductor resists changes in current. In an AC circuit, as the frequency increases, the current is trying to change direction more rapidly, which causes the inductor to oppose the flow of alternating current even more.
This opposition is called inductive reactance. The formula for inductive reactance is X_L = 2πfL, which clearly shows that reactance is directly proportional to frequency. Therefore, as frequency goes up, reactance goes up.
The amplitude (voltage or current level) does not change the fundamental reactance of the component, making any option mentioning amplitude incorrect.
