Answer Notes
The Q-signal "QRS" means "Send slower" (or "Shall I send slower?" if sent with a question mark). It is a standard abbreviation used in Morse code (CW) when the receiving operator is having difficulty copying the transmission.
A helpful mnemonic for beginners is to associate the "S" in QRS with the word "Slower." If the operator wanted you to send faster, they would use the Q-signal "QRQ" (where the "Q" can be thought of as "Quick").
The distractors represent completely different Q-signals. For example, changing frequency is "QSY," increasing power is "QRO," and repeating words is often requested with "QSZ."
