B

C
When transmissions are limited to less than three minutes per hour
D
When the music is transmitted above 1280 MHz
Answer Notes
As a general rule, broadcasting music over amateur radio frequencies is strictly prohibited. This rule ensures that amateur bands are used for two-way communications and not for commercial broadcasting or entertainment purposes, which would consume valuable bandwidth and cause interference.
The single exception to this rule is when an operator is conducting an authorized retransmission of communications from a manned spacecraft, such as the International Space Station. If music happens to be playing incidentally in the background of the astronauts' transmission, it is legal to retransmit it.
The distractors regarding time limits, frequency restrictions, or spurious emissions are completely fabricated, as there are no 'short duration' or 'high frequency' loopholes for broadcasting your own music.
