Answer Notes
APRS (Automatic Packet Reporting System) is a versatile digital communications protocol used by amateur radio operators. While it is most famous for transmitting GPS position data to track vehicles, hikers, or high-altitude balloons, it is capable of much more.
The system is designed to share local tactical information across the network. It can send short text messages between users, announce local repeater frequencies, and transmit telemetry data, including real-time weather observations from automated home weather stations.
Because APRS natively supports GPS data, text messages, and weather reporting, 'All these choices are correct' is the appropriate answer.
