Answer Notes

Once a candidate has obtained their Basic Qualification, there is no mandated sequence for acquiring further endorsements. The candidate has complete flexibility to pursue the Advanced Qualification or the Morse code Qualification depending entirely on their personal interests and goals. The distractors suggest strict prerequisites or dependencies between the Advanced and Morse code qualifications. In reality, ISED treats these as independent add-ons to the Basic Qualification, allowing you to take these additional exams in any order you prefer.
